- Shipping Destination
We currently ship to all cities and towns across Pakistan. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
- Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times after your order is confirmed and dispatched:
- Major cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, etc.): 1–3 business days
- Rest of Pakistan (suburban and remote areas): 3–7 business days
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or adverse weather conditions.
- Payment & Cash on Delivery (COD)
We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only. Payment is made directly to the courier upon receiving your order. Please ensure you have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.
We do not accept advance bank transfers, card payments, or digital wallets at this time.
- Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. You will receive a confirmation and tracking update once your order is dispatched. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
- Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders.
- Damaged or Missing Orders
If your order arrives damaged or if items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will do our best to resolve the matter promptly.
