5. Pricing and Taxes

All prices listed on our website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you place your order.

We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors, even after an order has been placed. In such cases, we will notify you and provide the option to confirm your order at the corrected price or cancel it for a full refund.

 

6. Placing Orders

When you place an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. Your order is confirmed only when you receive an order confirmation via email or SMS from Veloura Scents.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to cases where:

  • The product is out of stock or unavailable
  • There is a pricing or product description error
  • We suspect fraudulent or unauthorized activity
  • We are unable to verify delivery details

If your order is cancelled after payment has been received, a full refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.

 

7. Payment Methods

We currently accept the following payment methods:

7.1 Cash on Delivery (COD)

You may choose to pay in cash at the time of delivery. By selecting this option, you agree to:

  • Have the exact amount (or close to it) ready at the time of delivery
  • Accept the order and make full payment to the delivery representative upon receipt
  • Understand that repeated refusals of COD orders may result in restrictions on future COD eligibility

7.2 Debit Card / Credit Card

We accept major debit and credit cards. Card payments are processed through a secure, PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateway. By providing your card details, you confirm that:

  • You are the authorized cardholder or have permission to use the card
  • The card details provided are accurate and complete
  • Sufficient funds or credit are available to complete the transaction

Veloura Scents does not store, access, or retain your full card number, CVV, or banking credentials. All card data is handled exclusively by our payment gateway provider.

In the event of a failed payment, please contact your bank or card issuer. We are not responsible for any charges, fees, or holds applied by your financial institution.

 

8. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver across Pakistan. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on your location, product availability, and courier operations.

  • Standard delivery: 3 to 7 business days
  • Express delivery (where available): 1 to 3 business days
  • Lahore (local): may be available for same-day or next-day delivery

Shipping charges, if any, will be clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm your order. Veloura Scents currently offers free standard shipping on eligible orders as indicated on the website.

Delivery is subject to address verification. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided by the customer. Please ensure your shipping details are accurate before placing your order.

 

9. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

9.1 Eligible Returns

  • Products received in damaged or broken condition
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Sealed product with a manufacturing defect

9.2 Non-Eligible Returns

  • Products that have been opened, used, or partially consumed
  • Products returned without original packaging
  • Change-of-mind returns after the product has been opened
  • Products not purchased from velourascents.pk

9.3 Return Process

To initiate a return, contact us at info@velourascents.pk or call +92 312 4279 368 with your order number and photos of the issue. Our team will review and respond within 2 to 3 business days.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method. For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.

 

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, product images, button icons, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of Veloura Scents or its content suppliers and is protected under applicable Pakistani and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of our website or its content without express written permission from Veloura Scents.

 

11. User Conduct

By using our website, you agree not to:

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan.
